• Your order will be dispatched within 3 working days of purchase.
• An email will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched with a tracking number. If you are not at home when the parcel is delivered you will be left with a notification about where you can pick the parcel up from.
We are doing our absolute best to get your COOSHIE products to you as quickly as possible however please be aware that there may be delays due to the current COVID-19 crisis.
If COOSHIE has offered free postage it will be the responsibility of the customer to pay for the return of the item/s if it is due to change of mind.

Orders are sent via Australia Post & Sendle and require signature on delivery.
If the parcel is not signed for, it can be left in a safe place at your request when if indicated at the checkout.
Please allow 0-3 days processing time before your parcel is sent. In most cases it will be within the first 24hrs as we aim to get every order off ASAP.
PLEASE NOTE POSTAGE TIMES CAN VARY DEPENDING ON PUBLIC HOLIDAYS, WEEKENDS, LOCATION, NATURAL DISASTERS, CUSTOMS INVESTIGATIONS, AUSTRALIA POST INVESTIGATIONS & OTHER UNCONTROLLABLE FACTORS.
THESE TIMEFRAMES ARE OUT OF OUR CONTROL, WE WILL TRY OUR BEST TO ENSURE YOU RECEIVE YOUR PARCEL ASAP.
If you have paid for the return, you can return any item within 14 days of purchase if the item is unused with the original tags still attached; and in the original packaging which must be in the original condition. Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns for under garments and swimwear bottoms and makeup items. Please select these items carefully.
Please contact COOSHIE to return an item that you have paid for and we will organise the return. Sendle will then collect your item, provided you don't live in a rural area then you're done! For more information please also have a look at our FAQ page.
